Carol HendersonAim for Health was founded May 1997 by Carol Henderson because of her commitment to helping others develop habits of thought and behavior that lead to a healthier weight and reduced health risks. Relays Carol, “I find it tremendously rewarding to support and guide others in reclaiming their health, their sense of vitality and satisfaction with life!”

Carol serves as the health educator and facilitator for classes, also directing the overall operation of Aim for Health. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is a licensed mental health counselor. For the last 17 years, she has specialized in weight management, starting with OPTIFAST at Providence Medical Center in 1986. Prior to 1986, she worked in community mental health centers.

Connie Browne, A.R.N.P. (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner)Connie Browne, A.R.N.P. (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) provides medical services. She conducts physicals, draws blood samples, interprets the results and provides medical monitoring for those in the traditional OPTIFAST Program. Connie worked as an R.N. in intensive care for 20 years before becoming a nurse practitioner in 1994. Her specialty is providing primary care for adults. Connie says working with OPTIFAST is her “fun job” because people are feeling better and looking better as they progress in the program. “Professionally, it’s rewarding to see people taking better care of themselves.” She has worked at AIM FOR HEALTH for three years.

Alice BrowneAlice Browne is the clinic receptionist. Alice will be there with a smile to greet you and check you in at each clinic and help guide you through the clinic process.
